What are we looking for?

We are currently seeking a PHP programmer that can work alongside a team of designers and programmers to design a dynamic database driven website. The following attributes are ideal for this position but not necessary:
-PHP (Must be fluent, no questions)
-MySQL (Must be fluent, no questions)
-CSS is a plus!
-XML is a plus!
-Knowledge of Vbulletin and creating addons and database integration is a plus!
-Mod_rewrite rules is a plus!
-HTML (Must be fluent, no questions)
-SEO is a plus!
-Javascript is a plus!
