Biokinesis by Berk Eratay

Greetings fellow Magicians,

Is anyone as excited and anxious as I am about the soon to be released effect, Biokinesis by Berk Eratay? Talk about one of the greatest inventions in Magic, I cannot remember the last time I have ever wanted an effect so badly. It's just so unfortunate about the legal issues which is holding up the final release of this effect.

After speaking with Maxwell Murphy and reading his blog posting, it turns out that over in the UK, it's perfectly fine for magic shops to sell and dispense contact lenses. While here in the States, the US Federal Trade Commission requires you to see an eye doctor for corrective and non corrective contact lenses. Which makes perfect sense because there can be a lot that can go wrong if any magic store sold them only to end up damaging not just your eyes but possible harm to others as well. It's still such a bummer and I hope that we can see some positive developments in the future. I'm sure that once it's offically released over in the UK, I don't know what's going to stop people from the US buying them from the UK magic manufacturer.

So what are the thoughts from others who also would love to purchase such an amazing and unique magic item?
