WOW 2.0 Face Up by Masuda

Pretty much the audience SEES the FACE-UP, signed card SLOWLY and VISIBLY rise through the face-down deck. It slowly and visibly appears on top of the face-down deck.
So the key difference is the card can be signed and will appear faceup. I believe the original is just a playing card, no signature. Please correct me if i'm wrong, I've never actually handled the new gimmick. Last edited by Alex Hess; 08-25-2010 at 09:14 PM. |

I have the WOW ver 1.0 and I don't understand the difference....In my routine I use a signed card by the spectator....I'm trying to find the difference!!!

After a bit of research on internet, it seems that there are two different versions of WOW 2.0: face-up and face-down. I have WOW 1.0 and it seems to me exactly the same of WOW 2.0 face-up version.

bremen79...I agree with you...probably the only difference is that Wow 2.0 has a face down version of the gimmick...PenguinMagic sell a KIT with a Face up gimmick, face down gimmick, a plastic sleeve ungimmicked and a dvd from sankey!!!

I'm told the difference is the sleeve. In 1.0 you stick the card in the sleeve. In 2.0 the sleeve is removable. Thus you can either insert the card in the sleeve or simply use the WOW screen by itself(no sleeve) and place the card under the screen.
