The Session 2007
I've watched this dvd last week and I found it very interesting.
It teaches you especially card moves which can be added to your magic. There's a little unnecessarily allongated talk with the organizers of the session. This is a list of the performers : Allan Ackermann, Jon Armstrong, Jamie Badman, James Brown, Luke Dancy, Mike Davis, Dynamo, Andi Gladwin, Rob James, Oli Mealing, Robert Moreland and Tyler Wilson. There are also excerpts of an interview with Wayne Houchin. Watching many magic dvds makes me anxious they get to the pointf... In this video sometimes the magicians explain very briefly... depending on where you are in your learning assimilating the moves may be more or less hard. I believe it is possible to be clear and breif, the ideal of any teacher. I also found a good review here : http://magic.about.com/od/magicrevie...307session.htm

I originally got this DVD just to see Robert Moreland's cloud change... but though not everything's that great, there's definitely a couple of effects I now like to use. Plus the interviews are pretty interesting - well, the one with the organisers drags on a bit but Wayne Houchin makes some interesting points. Plus James Brown does some of his classic close up work! Worth watching.
