Banachek PSI Series

In a bind for new material (and a couple nights of working my new job at a coffee place doing magic) I earned enough money to purchase the PSI series by Banachek. And just let me say, it is well worth the investment.

Vol 1 - Mentalism for the Casual Performer -
The teaching on here is amazing. Banachek goes over all the subtleties, all the effects, and all the angles on everything
This n' that - a very simple opener that is dumbfounding. Really gets people (and a great way to hand out your business card) A card is selected, and the back of the card proves you were going to be right
Lorayne's Buck - truly startling, has a kicker ending that is incredible. You mentally read where a chosen envelope is, then, as if that wasn't enough (which it is all by itself) you then tell them the serial number on the borrowed dollar bill that is inside the envelope.
Add a Number - An effect where he predicts the sum of four random sets of 3 digit numbers.
ESP Card opener - great way to go into mentalism by talking about ESP. I personally use this my street routines as another way to hand out my business card.
PK Writing - An amazing effect that is truly startling. Also taught is the ABCD test, but that is also has all the detail. A thought of word is written by a pen, all by itself!
Loco Logo - an insane prediction. A person chooses a corporate logo out of a lot (there really is a lot) and a mini version is found inside (there is some preparation for this one, but it's worth it)
Picture Duplication - you describe a person's drawing straight to their face, in clear view (the peek is genious - this could be used in sooo many ways)
Number Duplication - another effect utilizing a peek. This is truly the perfect peek. The way it works is brilliantly explained and well worth it.

Highly recommend this DVD. - 10/10
So far, I have used: This n' That, ESP Card Opener, the ABCD test, picture duplication, and number dupication. I received the DVD's wednesday.

Vol 2 - Mentalism for the Casual Performer part 2 -
Second DVD in this amazing series. Has amazing effects on it and great teaching.

Ring of Truth - fun routine where you tell the difference between a liar and a truth teller and then reveal who has been holding a ring the whole time. This effect is a little harder to perform and requires practice in the scripting department (not on Banachek's, but on your practice part). 9/10 -
Phone Psychs - amazing three phase prediction that ends using a phonebook. 10/10
Word of Ring - prediction in which a spectator chooses a number (no force), you use a ring to scroll down a page until someone says stop, the word that is stopped at is the word that was predicted. Any book will do - 10/10
Number Reversal - brilliant idea utilizing numbers and some math for an astounding ending prediction - 10/10
Stigmata - a thought of card appears on the performers arm in blood red. This is the effect that Wayne is coming out with - Banachek even refers to Wayne on this DVD. -10/10
Invisible Palm top - someone imagines a number, and a word on an invisible palmtop computer. This is predicted by the performer. -10/10

Vol 3 - Psychophysiological Thought Reading
Some people thought this DVD wasn't that great. I loved it. It was just the DVD i needed for my Muscle Reading. He truly goes over hellstromism and how to do it.I really enjoyed this DVD just as much as the others. He really does go over it well.
To be honest, I believe this is the closest thing you can get to true mindreading.

Vol 4 - Psychokinesis
Nail Bends - Teaches some great ways to bend nails. Especially ways that can be used in walk around (say you are passing a construction site)
Key Bends - Teaches some impromptu, and some prepared bends. Also shows how to bend some keys on the spot
Coin Bends - the suggestion used in his routine is brilliant, combine this with Luke Jermay's convincers and you have something incredible.
Silverware bends - just a few more great bends that you can add to your routines that really look amazing.
Pk Pencil - a truly impromptu demonstration of telekinesis. Method is genious and can be applied to other things.
PK Pen - I would invest in one, the pen is amazing and something I use on a day to day basis. Look into getting one. Highest recommendation from me on that one.

What am I trying to tell you? Get these in your cart now! They are amazing and incredible, and truly wonderful. just watching banachek perform is amazing. Check out the series, you will love it. This is great in mentalism (also pick up the 13 Steps to Mentalism)

this DVD is another 10/10. Banachek is a brilliant thinker, this DVD is highly recommended.

the download for this is so screwy, only lilke 3 of vids worked, but those were some crazy stuffs. especially since ive been looking for his siverware bending

On the Stigmata DVD there is an interview with W:H and Banachek. They both take credit for "discovering" the trick at different times but I think Banachek did publish it first.

I loved the whole Banachek PSI series. There is a lot of really good stuff in them.

i was on a workshop with banachek and he is asolutely stunnig he gave me great hint on his improved PK touches .....awesome more powerfu than the original
