Ah, here is a question I am already an expert at. Yes, you will find an Invisible Palm routine on the AoA series. I believe it is a hidden cookie, but you can find lists all over the place to help you find them. And yes, Wayne Houchin does teach it. It is a thing of beauty. I learned it and am working on it now. I'll throw a video up eventually, likely a live performance of it.

Every DVD has at least 1 trick on it that requires a special gimmick. That being said, the special gimmicks you need are ALL included. All sorts of cool stuff, not the least of which is the TA pen. All high quality.

Considering this thread is about the True Astonishment DVD collection, and that fact that I said Wayne Houchin teaches it (He doesn't teach anything in the AoA books, Paul does), and we talked about it being a hidden cookie, I'm pretty sure we are talking about the TA DVD set. Haha.

I thought you mean there was an Invisible Palm routine on the Art of Astonishment video. That is why I was confused. Sorry about that. How do you access the cookies? Is it pretty much straightforward (i.e. - access the special features and it's there) or do you have to find hidden links on the DVD itself?

Ah, I see your confusion now. The cookies are easy to access but sometimes hard to find. You will have to click on an icon when it appears, either in a video or on a menu. That being said, it's not bad, and if you head to Theory11.com you can find a list of all the TA cookies.


Oh, wait. I lied. It's not a cookie anyway. It is a main feature on disk 7. No problem finding it at all.

chengs rising is good but the effect of the cards and bills (Las Vegas something) is my favourite one. Dont think theyre gonna catch u, ive done this trick like 50 times,and the responses are INSANE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can the pen be used with non American currency? I hate living in Australia at times..... We have plastic as opposed to paper notes, which I think are more practical as currency but.... Well you can't do much magic with them.

The True Astonishment set has so much more to offer than tricks. Th interviews with others and Paul are some of the best knowledge you can steal. I am glad this was so pricey. Hopefully people won't tip all the tricks on youtube after having to pay for them.

In TA, Wayne's Invisible Palm is not an easter egg. It is on my favourite disk, Number 7. He teaches it in a forest.
