Default Tattoo Joe

Well, I bought this at 1500 on Thursday (At least it was 1500EST when it came out) and I got it on Tuesday. I'll be going out and practicing it at the mall this weekend to see if others find it good, but personally I do not think it's worth the 40bux. When he says the gimmicks can be found at walmart, he is not joking. It's almost ridiculous. Have you ever saw a trick that you thought was amazing, and when revealed, it was so simple that you were pissed that you even fell for that? That is Tattoo Joe.

I have yet to preform this, but I generally know the reactions I get from tricks. I expect this to go over well for some people in particular lighting (Just like Loops, I would not do this under flourecent lighting), and at particular angles. The DVD itself was quite annoying, but some people have humor that is portrayed in it (I, myself, find it a pesterance, but that's just me) and I didn't exactly agree with the way it was taught or filmed (You really don't need to see him color on the gimmick or anything like that, it's a waste of 5 minutes) but it gets the job done. I see this DVD just like how I saw "SAW". I don't think it should be priced as much, dispite the reactions you can get with some people, because it's just not as great as they build it up to be. Making Tattoo Joe into a routine would be as ridiculous as making an single card force an entire routine (I must admit, I have done that before...). I believe it should just be a side gimmick that you can throw out there at any time to spice your game up, but nothing to be like "woah check this out."

Final Verdict: I would not advise you to buy. 6/10

Yeah. but I think that this trick can be easily unveiled if it's done at daylight.

Default I too have bought Tattoo Joe

Like most *********** tricks, there was way too much "Hype". The trick is very simple, but it doesn't get very strong reactions from people, even when I perform it fantastically.
I would not buy this trick, if I had read my review first.
Also, I have had people see the gimmick in many different light situations.
My rating:
