Hi,
I've ordered two Wynn Decks over at the ExoMagic shop and got them a few days ago. I've been testing them pretty good. So here's the review: The box design The box design isn't so special, because it's the normal Bee-Casino-Stock-Box kind of thing. But anyways, it looks pretty good, especially the little, shiny, golden bee on the font. Comparision Picture: (From left to right: Wynn Decks, Bicycle Decks, Tally-Ho Deck, NoName Deck) The back has a window, so that you can see a half of the actual backdesign of the cards. It's not as cool as a complete picture of the back design, but it's kind of useful, if you got more bee cards. In addition, there's the little typing-field for the dealers on the casino tables. Useless for a 'normal' user. Comparision Picture: (From left to right: Wynn Decks, Bicycle Decks, Tally-Ho Deck, NoName Deck) All in all, the Wynn Box looks okay, but the back of the box doesn't look as good as the backs of other decks. A special Wynn-Designed one would've been a lot cooler. I give: 4 out of 5 points. The actual card design The design of the cards is simply the best I've seen so far. It's just awesome and classy and simple, with this awesome Wynn logo and the beautiful violet color. (Yes it's violet, not blue! I've added some comparision pictures.). Some of you won't like the violet, but I like it. Anyways, you can see it only in perfect lighting. The red of the red cards (hearts, diamonds) isn't the standard red, it's darker. I think it's like the one of the Ghost Decks, but I'm not positive about this, because I don't have a Ghost Deck. The ace of spades-design is the standard Bee design too, but it looks very cool. Comparision Pictures: (From left to right: Wynn, Tally-Ho, Bicycle, NoName Deck) In my eyes, the card design is just perfect. I give: 5 out of 5 points. Fanning, Spreading The Wynn Deck is fanning way better than a brand new Tally-Ho Deck! This "Cambric Finish" seems to be awesome. (My fans and my spreads aren't perfect.) Fanning and spreading works simply awesome. I give: 5 out of 5 points. Flourishing So, this is maybe the most improtant part of a review. When using the cards I noticed, that those aren't good for practising new flourishes. The cards are too slippery and I just find it better practising with some used cards, because it's way easyer then. But they are awesome for performances, because they are kind of rare and just look great. I noticed that the pirouette flourish works extremely awesome with these cards, because they are stiffer than Tally-Ho's and Bicycles. I give: 4 out of 5 points. The results Box Design: 4 out of 5 points Card Design: 5 out of 5 points Fanning, Spreading: 5 out of 5 points Flourishes: 4 out of 5 points That makes a total of 4.5 out of 5 points! Everybody who needs great cards for a great price should buy them before they are sold out. You can't really practise all new flourishes with these, but you can perform with these. (You can also improve flourishes you can do a bit faster with these). Because they are great for flourishes, you can also use them for magic without having trouble. Where to get them? Short question, short answer: Here! If you have question about anything, just ask!

Not really.
They are about 5 dollars, that's very cheap for such great cards. I really recommend them for everybody. You won't find better cards for the same price.

I'm living in germany, and the shipping to germany over at Magic Stuff is about 10$.
In germany, you sometimes pay 7? for something shipped from germany to germany. And 10$ is less than 7?, so it's not expensive for me. But nobody is forced to buy these. Do it if you want.

I have seen these for about 5 bucks on eBay, a steal at that price compared to the quality...second best to nuggets I say
I use them daily and yes, they aren't good for practicing when new but after a few days they are just awesome for that too ![]() //g0nz |
