Red Bikes ae the best.
Easy manipulation.
Easy to write on the backs.
Great all around quality, plus you can pick them up anywhere.

Carata Mundi makes a cheap plastic coated deck that are actually pretty decent for .99 cents called ACE. They're tough, glide well (after useing AV500 finish for awhile, you got those instances where you do an erdanese color change and the card bellow sticks, these don't do that at all).

Streamlines (USPCC) aren't to bad for plastic coated cards either, I just picked these up traveling (momento) and haven't used them much, so I can't say much on durrability, but they are about the same as above (the ACE deck might be a bit thicker). These were also cheap

Just thought I'd through those out there in case anyone sees them and wants to buy them on a whim (I do this all the time, my fiance gets pissed when we go somwhere and she turns around and I'm gone. She knows I went to look at cards)

My Girl Friend gets sick of it too. If we go to a store...I tell her to go look at whatever she needs...that way I a bit of misdirection. Or I just run off.

She usually finds me pretty fast....knowing exactly where I am.
Then again, she also buys cards for me every now and then...talk about feeding an addiction.
