Here is my review to in my opinion one of the best decks of cards ever.
Code:
http://www.hotshotscanada.com/usrimage/wpt%20diamond%20cards.jpg http://www.pokercards.co.uk/images/Diamond_blue.jpg but r bordered with the mirrored WPT logo. The stock is Bee so it last a long time if u take proper care of your cards (cleaning your hands before use using a clip ect?) Quality: These cards are really amazing for fanning, faros, flourishes, magic and the other stuff like poker or wtv. The stock is thicker then normal bikes, they do seem to last a bit longer, I think they r a bit better quality then normal Bee cards which are already pretty good. Visual: As I said before they come in 2 colors, blue and red. The blue is lighter then normal Bee blue or bike blue and the red is a bit darker, I think this really makes them look nice. The WPT logo makes the cards look real nice for the anaconda, and I think they just make the cards look a bit nicer, The faces are the same as any standard deck, but the ace is much nicer then a normal bike ace it is made by the same guy who made the tally-ho ace, (A. Dougherty). The other thing that really sets them apart from normal Bee?s is that they r bordered just like bikes. This makes them very good for magic, DLs r less noticeable etc. Price: In Canada they are the same price as normal Bees about 4.45. If u want them in Canada the only place that seems to have them is Zellers. U can always buy them on ebay. Overall these cards get a 9.5/10, simply great cards they r quite expensive but they are worth it so I hope u make this your next deck of cards! (edit) i forgot to mention that they aren't so good for second deals cause of the boarder so if ur a cardsharp stick to normal bees

I reaaly like these cards because of their finish and the way they handle. They are also ideal for flourishes.

I know this is an old post, but wanted to clarify for anyone else reading this thread...
Quote:
You can get these cards in plastic and in standard stock. The standard are no different than regular Bees other than the back design(Bordered and WPT logo). |

These are very nice cards!
You gotta like the back design, it's not for everyone. But they are cheap and different from bikes and tallys. Only thing i'd complain is that the print is of horrible quality. At least on the deck I own (didn't hear it from anybody else...) the print ofat least 15 cards is off-center. But again: I think this is an issue only few decks have. |
