Bicycle Tragic Royalty playing cards Glowing Back 808
![]() ![]() I purchased two of these decks purely for the style they have. I decided to do a review on these in case anyone was interested in the. As soon as I washed my hands, they were quickly unwrapping these interesting cards. The thing I noticed most was the texture. It has a different texture then any other card I have ever felt before. I soon ditched the extra cards (soduku how-to, barcode, etc...) and started to fool around with them. The first thing I tried was a fan. These cards do NOT fan well at all. They are actually pretty poor at fanning. Not only do they do a poor job at fanning, but they have very rough edges. What does rough edges mean? Well, it simply means you cannot do a faro shuffle easily. However, even though the cards do not fan well, they have a pretty thick stock. The feeling of the cards are smooth and sturdy. I have no problem doing any of my tricks or flourishes (other then fans) with this deck. Nothing really stood out while I was doing tricks. Looks like a basic Bicycle deck other then the really cool orange tied into the back design. Overall this is a really neat deck to own. Nothing too "outstanding" about it, but it is nice to pull out while playing poker with the guys. I give this a 6 out of 10. ![]() If you are interested in purchasing one of these decks, please private message me. |

Thanks for this. Looks like a cute nice deck to collect.
I wonder how all the cards look? Very nice table too! Looks expensive!

There is only 1 part on the deck that glows. That is the white parts and faces of the playing cards. The only time they glow is under black light.

What's the point to that? As if you would ever have blacklight conditions unless you perform in a nightclub or what not...

I haven't heard much of anything about these decks. From what Exo said I guess they are more for looks than using for tricks. But in my opinion they look pretty cool. And that is a very nice table that you have.

Thanks, it's a hand-made Turkish table. I grabbed it in Baghdad a year back for a really good price.
