This effect is a very visual effect and can be mixed into many dfifferent effects like ambitious card, and i have even adaoted this into a transposition effect.
The price is usually around $90-$99. This is around £55-£60, however i managed to get it on eBay for £30 which is around $45-$55. If you want to buy it you may want to wait and check on eBay a few times a week. I only had to wait around 3 days of looking on eBay before 1 popped up. The effect its self is very visual and after a bit of practice you will be able to work around the possible issues of angles. The gimmick that comes with it is made of metal and is incredibly sturdy and will last you a lifetime, it is also customizable to what ever deck of cards you want to use, instructions on this and several effects are on the included DVD you get with the gimmick and a pack of cards. The DVD starts with Gaetan Bloom telling you about how he came up with the effect and he tells you his first experiences with the effect. It then goes into the teaching of the gimmick, how its made and then into several effects and a basic covering of deck switches. The gimmick itself cannot possibly be homemade unless you are very skilled with metalwork, and the makingof it at home will most likely cost you more than the trick, and will result in a less smooth gimmick. Scores on the doors: Practicality: 8/10 Visuality: 7/10 Angles: 5/10 DVD teaching: 8/10 Construction of gimmick: 9/10 Overall: 8/10 Video performance should be up soon, hopefully sometime this weekend.
