I tell u this, make your own invisible deck, ill cost maybe a little more o a little less, but you gain the experience, and surely this will help you after.
Also with a roughin spray can, you can make many ivnisible decks or the ones that all the cards are white and the thought of card is face up. Or maybe you can create new inventions, so take my advice, make the invisible deck yourself

I made the invisible deck by myself
It work properly, this trick is really great \but using black deck can lead spectaters to doubt that the deck is not normal, they may ask to examine it |

I also feel that it's better to 'make your own' invisible deck -w- a good roughing spray. It's far less expensive i.m.o. But I am basically just a beginner, not a professional, so my opinion is just that. An 'opinion'.

The Invisible deck is an INVALUABLE Part of my kit!!!
I never do a show without having one on me. You can present it as a straight effect where you tell the spectator you turned one card over beforehand and have them name it, you can have them shuffle an imaginary deck and reverse one card and toss it back to you (do a flip out move with the palmed deck) and reveal thier card reversed. And my favorite is to use it either as a backup to a Verbal Card force (giving you bigger cahones to try a verbal force that's not 100% sure) and in several Mental effects that I won't go into more detail about. It's mentioned in many Mental Effects in Annenmanns Practical Mental Effects, 13 Steps, Ted Lesley's Paramiracles, Bob Cassidy's books and T.A. Waters works, just to name a few. You can make your own using Krylon Permanent Matt Finish spray (The Best) Don't use too much or you will have a hard time seperating the selection at the moment of truth. I make all my own! Use your imagination and you can achieve so much with this deck. I only use Red back Bicycle cards and always have a straight deck to ring in when nessesary. Usually people don't ask me to play with or check the deck. I establish up front without saying, that these are my toys and I'll let you play with them on my terms (in a kind way, of course). They are, after all used in "Conjuring"! I personally believe using an unusual looking deck, even if it feels great in the hand, can arouse enough suspicion to, at the least, detract from the power of the effects possible. And a brainwave deck seems a bit too contrived to me unless you bring in the contrasting deck afterward with another card that matches or some reason you pulled the card from another deck. As for the Invisible Deck. I highly recommend using it. Last edited by GordoTheGreat; 01-17-2011 at 03:28 AM. |

I got the invisible deck, its such a great trick, i just love it. It can also be used in so many different way. It can be used as a trick, but also to complement and and enhance an laready great trick. After a mentalism routine, you finish by showing an already turned card... its a killer ending.
