In my opinion these pre-made loops are ridiculously expensive, given their susceptibility to breaks etc. I think you are much better off buying the thread reels and tying the loops yourself with the million dollar knot.

I think with loops u have to treat them gently.. very gently.. i love this type of animation more than the levitation..

Great review! I have not tried this brand, but may well give them a go. I normally make my own, but extracting the elastic from nylons gets pretty tedious.

The Yigal Loops are certainly better, I tie my own loops, but it's the most annoying thing if your not good with little invisible threads that you could drop. I'm not good with little invisible threads that you could drop, but I'm cheap so..=P! One quick note if your going to buy the thread, get the black ones, not the white ones. White ones are terrible and i can't imagine where you'd use them. Oh and, I'll post an effective way of tieing the loops sometime...so watch out for that

Yigal Misaka loops came in a 5 loop package, after we start working with it we should put some tension on the loops so they get more resistant, black loops are better ( more invisible), when I got used to it I did perform and cause very good reactions with fork moving and bill levitation.

Easy tying methods are always good to have. Thanks for your offer! I have been using a simple surgeons knot and it works well.

Mesika loops are very good but for the money, I buy Infinity IET and tie my own. I can get a lifetime supply for about $80. Plus with being able to tie longer loops I can use The Jaxon Infinity loop witch is very large and uses a body hookup that can't be done with the smaller Mesika loops.

If anyone wants some clear IET, you can send a SASE to me for a sample to play with. Mine is clear so you can dye it black or any color that you deem appropriate depending on performance condition. I use it natural/clear quite often and it is still quite invisible.

I have to agree with DogDoc.

Infinity thread is amazing. I use loops fairly often, have traded away a ton of this stuff and the spool still looks the same size as when I got it.

Learning to tie loops takes a bit of practice but once you have it down, you can do them fairly quickly. I sit down for about an hour when I am out and tie about 50 loops and a dozen Infinity loops.

Since the Infinity spool is so big, I have spooled it onto smaller dispensers to carry with me, usually a container from dental floss. I have one of unstripped Infinity, one of 2 strand and one of single strand. These are also what I trade away to people who want some thread. I figure that I have easily received 5 times the cost of the spool back in trades.

Yeah, it's nice to have pre-tied loops but ultimately it's cheaper and more convenient to just tie your own. The million dollar knot can have you tying a loop in less than 30 seconds.

When I try tying loops the knots usually end up slipping out. I have the million dollar knot video but I still end up messing it up, maybe I just need more patience, I'm usually in a hurry. So I've found Yigal's loops great since I don't have to tie them. Reactions are always great. I've looked at getting some infinity thread but currently have silk worm thread that I like, the times that I'm actually able to tie it.
