Need some help for flow
I know how flow works.I bought from internet two refill tubes for flow they have a pipe like the plastic bubbles item.But When I put on the one side of the pipe some liquid from the refill tubes and blow on it nothing happens I cant make a balloon to make the gimmick on the neck of the bottle...Do you know where is the problem?

Did you roll it into a ball on the end of the tube?
Perhaps the 'plastic bubbles' are old and stale. I have run across a few tubes that were that way.

Can you tell me what it says on the tube? Brand or other name? How gummy, sticky, gooey is the plastic? If it is watery, the latex compound has separated from the solvent. It does sound like it is stale.
