Has anyone purchased this download?
Instant Download Magic Tricks From Esleights Any ideas on how it is done? The cards are cut, dealt, riffle shuffled and then dealt out. All by the spectator. Only then does the magician make revelations about the cards.

They cut up the trick with so much editing... All I can think of is a marked deck. That'd let you know what was in what pile.

'Marked cards' would be considered a gaffed deck under my definition. Here is the promo wording:
"Imagine if you will that a spectator is able to cut, deal and shuffle your cards, without you touching them whatsoever, and yet, you are able to make the most unbelievable bets upon the cards he or she deals to the table! There is no sleight of hand and this works with totally un-gaffed cards! You are able to bet that the first several pairs dealt face-down to the table will contain both a red and a black card. When you have had enough of challenging your opponent in this way, you then propose that the next group of cards dealt will contain one card of each suit! This is repeated a few times before you make the final, outrageous wager that, if thirteen face-down cards were dealt then that group will contain an ace right through to a king – thirteen different cards in all! Amazingly you are able to repeat that feat a second time." Here is what I see happening: 1. The deck is cut. 2. A number of cards are dealt into a single pile 3. This pile is shuffled into the remainder of the deck with a single riffle shuffle 4. Have 6 pairs dealt out. 5. Have a 3 groups of 4 cards dealt face down. 6. 1 further pair, dealt face down on the table. 7. Deal 2 sets of 13 cards face down 8. Reveal the outcome. Each pair is one black and one red (7 pairs). Each quartet (3 sets) is one of each suit. Each stack (two stacks) of 13 contains one of each value. Any other suggestions?

No gaffs? Well, I'm stumped. I'm thinking that they must cut something out of the preview, like how DG cut out the final cleanup in his preview for Pressure.

I think my daughter is on the way to figure it out. A stacked deck. If the deck is stacked to alternating colors, then the red/black pairs will work even when riffle shuffled once.

But isn't that assuming that the spec riffles perfectly? Seems like a stretch to me.
Let's hear some other opinions, guys! I know there's more people out there than just me and Harold! //merged// Posted for HaroldRoss:

Gentlemen, as the author of this effect I can assure you that this is neither a marked deck nor are there any gaffes; also, the shuffle does NOT need to be a perfect shuffle by any stretch of the imagination!
