Karnival Decks are In!

Hello Everyone,

We just received our order of Bicycle : Karnival playing cards in today. I briefly touched base with these cards and here are my observing:



Pros

• Detailed backs
• Detailed jokers & ace of spade
• Subtle one-way back design
• Great air-cushion finish which works fantastically for fans
• Solid stock
• Display of "7 of spades" integrated within the barcode
• Fantastic price!

Cons

• Cards feel very similar to standard bikes but with a little thicker stock
• The cards are white, they seem to get dirty quickly, even with the cleanest of hands.
• Standard faces on all cards. The style of the face/stock cards never changed, same color scheme and same style.

Price: $6.99 - MSRP - $7.99
Quality:7/10
Style:Death
Color:White/Black

My only large observation was that after handling this deck after some time the back of the cards sometimes looked similar to clubs/spade cards and almost confused me.

However these are fantastic cards and at a very competitive price. I will be shipping two of these decks off to Lyle for a video review, as well as myself creating one.

So keep your eyes peeled folks, they will be up in the ExoMagic shop in no time! Once we have out shipping-calculator situated out we will be in business!

Also, could you get a little higher-res pictures, please? They look way too small on my computer.

As for the resolution, click on the thumbnails and they should be huge! Let me know if that works, if not I have some workin to do :p

I remember peeping these with my peepers a while back too. Can't remember where/who through. But they were still in design back then and not for sale.

Glad they came out. But I am not 100% sure one how I feel about them. Their cool, but I don't know. Maybe I have to see the cards in person before I can be 100%. It may be that it looks to "penciled in" for the details.

Then again, it may be that I am just crazy...

Oh, no, the res is huge! I wasn't expecting that high res pics when I clicked on the thumbnails, so I thought I'd make a joke about it. Which failed. Good thing I don't focus on comedy magic!
