If you want to make people look at you're uploads please stick it in you're signature, instead of telling us too. It looks a bit more "clean" if you will.

But for a favorite coin trick? I like either the muscle pass, renegade pennies, and scotch and soda.

I came into coin magic with Revolution by Kevin Parker. There are many I like coin through bottles, Vanishes, Flourish (Hoping to learn). The best I like till now is The Deep by Chris Kenner. I like this one over the gimmicked version because I'm more into sleights.

Hi

I like Silver Dream by Justin Miller a lot..
but it REALLY needs a lot of practice!!!

furthermore i like simple things like coin through table... or making it disappear and reappear at different places :-)

I think silver dream is overrated. Any magician could simply come up with a simple 3 coin vanish. Plus, how unpractical is it that you need sleeves. If i'm going to be outside doing magic, wont people think its a little strange that i'm using sleeves if its 90 degrees out?

This tricks simply uses the sleeving method, which is difficult at first, but in an hour you start to get it...now I can think of about a million different methods about how to do this without sleeves. If you like this trick then cool...but not for me...

well ... what you've said is true...

i only said that i like that trick a lot..
the way justin miller performs it, looks like REAL magic to me.. and that's why i like it

but i aggree with you that it's not really practical..
i don't perform it for that reason.. not practical... sleeves... and very hard to make it look perfect.

but I DO LIKE the trick..

:-)

I like to do spongeballs. I have a cool routine that I put together with them. Its a lot of fun to do. But you're right, I think sponges are great. My routine is basically the only thing I do with them, and I get great reactions each time!

I dont appreciate sleeving things either. Usually spectators prefer for you to have you're sleeves rolled up as well anyway.

Hands down fav. would have to be "Sinful" by Wayne Houchin. Everytime I have ever performed this effect people really freak. It is easy to learn, but takes a bit of time to master. It is impromtu and great to just pull off anytime you have a spare quarter and an unopened can of soda. Excellent effect from a genius mind.

Sorry to be a party pooper, but I really don't like Revolution. It's really an awkwardly positioned trick. It's alot easyer if you're using a shirt pocket. But a trick I really like is the Coin Through Glass using the Muscle Pass on Danny Garcia's Project, I can't remember what volume . I think i just like the Muscle Pass in general, even though mine sucks. Hmm... Maybe its time to practice.

I agree. I have tried to use Revolution and the positioning truly is awkward. It just does not really look that natural. I have tried many times to use it like it's taught but, I just don't like the feel of it. Using a shirt pocket is good, but I have had spectators figure out what I did, even on my best days. So, if you want a good coin vanish, check out "Silver Dream" by Justin Miller. Sleeving really is so old, that most people don't think of it. Good luck.
