Hey guys... I was wondering if there's any Kids/Stage Magician in Exomagic?
I've been around in Exomagic for sometime but have yet to heard of any magician who specialise in peforming for kids or stage? Personally, I do perform for kids party the past years. I don't do it regularly but on an on/off basis. I added some stage stuff into my kids party show just so that I get a feel of a stage magician. As you all know, its quiet expensive to get a kids prop. Many times, I get an expensive props which is pretty useless and has been collecting dust in a corner of my room. Thus, I will like to ask what kind of props do you get to perform in your show? We can identify the goods props to get and minimize getting those props that are too good to be useful. |

I never did kid shows for the good reason im not equiped for it.
![]() Kids have a lot of imagination but they still need physical objects as anchor points. Multiplying bananas is funny. ![]() As for stage magic ive done some and I've enjoyed it. I have to say niether are my speciality but they are open doors for me. ![]() Kids shows need to be funny and have interactive and visual magic. I really enjoyed Terry Herbert's Under 5's dvd. It opened my mind to how it could be done. I've done some close up for children but doing stage shows for children is something else.

Yup.. totally agree. Its more than magic that you have to do when performing for kids.
I've view Terry Herbert's other video "Children Magic - The Herbert's way". Its an awesome video too. Haven't viewed Terry Herbert's Under 5's. Hm... Perhaps, I should try my luck to request for this video. Thanks... |
