I saw it on a crappy youtube tutorial
There really isnt much to know about the LePaul spread, just that it takes a lot of practise to get nice and even Try to spring the cards off the tips of your fingers one by one and just...keep on practising : )

Casino, Caps - Back to Basics #2
Pearlman, Oz - Born To Perform Both dvd show this flourish and I think Oz Pearlman used it to hide a card. Both dvd were uploaded on this site. erenso

I reckon the best place you can learn it is off Dan and Dave Buck's Trilogy 3 set DVD, in the dvd "Everythingelse" in the section "Flourishes 101" or the LePaul "S" Spread. They go through everything you need to know about a regular LePaul spread and they also add a nice twist/variation.

A good place to learn is the Trilogy. There are 2 explanations in the "everythingelse" DVD. One with with audio instructions and one with just music in the Flourishes 101 section. You can find an explanation in Born To Perform as well...
