Again, I think you are apologizing for something most of us would find charming!

To this day I still remember the german exchange student that spent a couple of months next door at a neighbors house and went to school with me for a while. She was very fun ... and a large part of it was due to the effort extended on both sides to overcome the language barrier.

It was really funny because the more we drank the less problems we had - Logically you would think it would be the reverse! Gawd could that girl drink! LOL Broke my heart... and my hand. (Arm wrestling! What were you thinking! LOL)

Hey, thats a cool story Misjief! Germans are not so "cold" like many people think. OK, i am not 100% German, i am half croatian, too (Hofe you all know where croatia is to find- especialy for your next holidays ).
@ seeker: I am a beginner. I like to make cardtricks, till now mostly with classical gimmick decks. But i am practicing with other tricks, now. Also ropemagic is interresting for me. All the magic i want to learn, or i learned till now, help(ed) me in school. I am studying the become a teacher in schools for kids from 6-10 years. Its great to show them tricks or to explain easy tricks to them and let them perform.
I saw also, that here is a subforum for making gimmicks by yourself. I am very intersted in this. As a student there is no much money left, so DIY is great. Also to get new ideas or maybe create a new gimmick(card).
