any magic is fine for me because I am not picky and good magic is hard to come these days. I recommend you getting card Klub by *********** or the trilogy by dan and dave buck.

hey dude!. I'm from Malaysia!. lolx kita sama lagi jiran negara lolx.

. ok now it's like 4malaysians and like probably 4 indonesians here. lolx nice to have U indonesians around here.....

BTW, for a beginner like U. U should practice alot, if U wanna learn magic, kard klub from *********** is good, & also inside magic. But I recommend Oz Pearlman Born To Perform by penguinmagic, it's a gr8 dvd for beginners. & the tricks is gr8, u'll perform it like a pro.

If you already watch crash course, I don't think you need to watch Born to perform magic. It's pretty much the same.

Welcome to the forum. You can move up from the "wannabe" state by looking around this forum and learning from the different threads. Just remember to practice your effects over and over. Start with about four effects and make it your "mini" show. That's how I started. You don't have to be famous to become a magician. Just enjoy the art and feel good about entertaining your audience. One last piece of advice: if you want to make the audience laugh by making a fool of someone, make a fool of yourself and not anyone in your audience. Just my humble opinion.
