Default Hellooo

Hi, my name is Sean, im English/Japanese 20 years old currently studying Japanese in Japan and i`ve been doing magic for about 1 and a half years now. Right now i`m currently interested in coin magic, it`s just so much more fun to practice and perform! I do a little bit of card magic aswell but I tend to neglect practice(cards) which makes me really bad!

Favorite tricks:
Well my favourite routine to perform consists of
anti gravity coin - Great opener!
coin vanish and wiped clean (Micheal ammars)
Re appear and then change into a jumbo coin.

Very short but it always leaves people wanting more!

Favorite animal : My pet goldfish which died 10 years ago, sad days

Favorite pie: American pie is pretty funny :o, I don`t eat pies.

Favorite soda: Coke!

Other notes:
I work part time at an Irish pub, which is a great place to practice magic!

Looking forward to talking with fellow magicians

Thanks guys,
I use american half dollars, I used to have like 20, but sadly 1 by 1 I made them dissapear and I only have 4 left! Ill be getting a set of 5 morgans soon, I cant wait!

Raising a goldfish requires too much responsibility, I can be out for such long periods of time without planning to do so and it will end up like my last one. Besides feeding the goldfish would shorten my practice time, and we wouldn`t want that

Are you guys into coin magic too?

Wait a minute, are you telling me there is an Irish Pub in Japan? ROFL!

Can you imagine them singing "oh danny boy" or better yet "Pled is the plose" over there?!?

When I was over in Alaska, I worked in a bar and they'd gather up for karoke after some hot saki. Oh man, my ears are bleeding just thinking about it! LOL

BTW - I too had a gold fish, I didn't have him for long, in fact he died the first time I put him on his leash and took him for a walk. *Smirk*

Nice meeting you! Hope you stick around!

yo man,

yeah im totally into coin magic, but i find its very hard, much harder than cards, I really like coins through the table (the Larry Jennings method) and Phillip Roths Stonehenge Assembly.

Am also totally in love with the Dr Roberts method, ive started wearing jackets more specially

There are many Irish pubs Japan, however they are normally hiden away on the 2nd floor! Its basically a normal pub but they give them Irish names like the Gael (where I work), its a good hang out for foriegners.

If you could make a goldfish walk around on a leesh that would probably be the best magic trick ever! Cant blame you for trying

At the moment all my coin work is without a table and without a jacket, can`t say ive tried Dr roberts method before. Im very much into David stones coin magic, everything he does just looks so good its its very entertaining!
I am unfamiliar with Jennins coins through table and the stonehenge assembly so I can`t really comment on them. Which books/Dvds did you learn them from?

the phillip roth lectures and Larry Jennings - a private lesson, both dvds, and unusual for that in my collection.
