hey guys

i've been in the exomagic tinychat alot. and just havent registered on the forums but i have now!!

i'm Webster Gehring, call me Web. I'm 16 and been doing magic for about a year and a half. and love it! I'm Die-hard/hard-core Christian. most other Christians might call me radical. but thats fine by me! I will more than likely bring my faith up at some point, be forewarned.

I do just about every kind of magic but pure mentalism, stage illusions and thimbles. i don't even enjoy watching others perform thimbles.

my favorite branch of magic is coins. i love the challenge and the thrill i get when i do something with a friends pocket change. its fun.

my favorite magicians are: Darwin Ortiz, Jay Sankey, Morgan Bondett, and David Roth.

My favorite books on magic are: Strong Magic and Royal Road. i need to do some more reading though.

My Favorite Effect right now is: Hypno-Vanish by Jay Sankey. its a bunch of fun to perform. done it alot lately.

Do people still preform thimbles? I feel like i have only seen it written up in books, seems like a pretty out dated prop to me.

I have been working on some effects utilizing the different state backed quarters and do a few coin things but am not a real hard-core coin worker. Most of my history is in cards but i have been trying to branch out do different close-up effects.
