Halloween Gimmick - the humble condiment packet

I was browsing a magic catalog...

When a effect caught my eye, and called for "edible blood". Immediately I thought "Ketchup packet"! And seeing it is coming up on Halloween here are some of my random thoughts on the idea.

You could cover your thumb with a napkin and then hammer 'it' [the packet] with a glass cup and flatten it to a bloody pulp. Maybe you could set it up as you captured the "*%&#$ Fly" that has been bugging you in the napkin.

Warning! a sudden stomp on a folded packet can create splotches that range well over ten feet! I once faked an aneurysm at school during lunch break one Halloween. I fell over and wacked the packet on floor with my hand and nailed a small crowd of innocent bystanders some considerable distance away... When they found out I was okay they were ready to hang me. LOL You probably should cover it with a with a napkin or two to contain it and forgo folding it unless you relish an ass kicking!

Bonus via Mac King (or maybe it was Penn and Teller...)

A squished butter packet introduced with "Man, I got this zit!" will assure that there is plenty of left overs at the company buffet! Just poke a hole in the packet with a toothpick and smash it on your forehead, and Pesto! You are off to look for a new job when the bosses' squeamish wife throws up!

My all time favorite though starts with the loud declaration "My eye ITCHES!" . Crush a coffee creamer below your eye with one hand while pretending to do some surgery with a fork in the the other. You could quite possibly get a free meal when they eject your happy ass out the door at your favorite fancy restaurant!
