Hey there,
I just received a PM by "7sins" advertising him to send him an email so that he could mail me some e-books. Even tho I'd like to think so I don't expect any kindness like this to be serious. Most likely it's not a guy but a bot sending random PMs in order to suggest people to really mail him to get their "real" mail-addresses and sell those for advertisement purposes. Another clue for that is, that he's not even got a single post. However I'd advice the admins to take a closer look at it. Actually it should be easy to keep a community of 1000 users which now is kinda "invite only" clean. |

Keep in mind, I am the only administrator here ; ). It's not as easy as you may think when you have your hands as filled as mine.
Not sure why or how he snuck through. It is definitely NOT a bot. The registration is bot-proof. May be a script the user ran. As for the post, I found 1 post by him, and a detailed one at that - http://exomagic.com/forum/showthread.php?t=576. As for the PMs I have no idea. I searched the users PM database and it is reading that he sent 0 PMs. Never less I have set a ban on this user. He won't be bothering us any longer. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please all users who received this email do NOT follow his instructions. I have permanently removed all emails/PM/posts from this user. Quote:
