they are kinda pixelated. You should be using photoshop or another high end photo editing/creating software and working in a minimum of 300 DPI. Most companies for who I did graphic design for needed 1200 DPI as standard, 600 as a minimum, 300 as a last resort, and 2400 to 4800 as being the end all be all for graphic work.

the downside to photoshop is that fact that you cannot get a smooth line. You can get close, but not as close as Adobe Imageready or Corel Draw can do.

If i get a chance here in the next few days, I will see what I can come up with. The design is a great start. Just take it into photoshop and start using some layers to mess around with it. You would be surprised what you can find by messing around with the program.

Not for a while, methinks. We still haven't decided on a design. So yeah, if you want to get the cards, you're going to have to stay on the forum for a while!

HOnestly, for a deck that has represent the ExoMagic website, I just think that the cards should either be, very light, or very dark depending on what people want.

I also think that on the ace of spades there shoudl be a skull...

Or on any Spade's for that matter.

hahaha, funny thing is that I WAS using photoshop. It just is hella old. I know its really pixely but thats because I took a picture of my drawing with my phone and uploaded via photobucket.
then I set that as the base layer, and trace. But it was really small. So when I was done I had to make it bigger. We just got a scanner so that should help.
but what size do you think I should make the design? How many pixels X pixels?

Ok here goes, my input, would be black stocked cards, gray borders, so even if the gray chipped, the black showing through would look sweet. As for the design, maybe two or three gray ghost like souls that are half flying or swimming in a circle, with some scroll design on the other parts... As for front design, black faces, I think maybe for the hearts and diamond pips, outlined in red, with some some like scrolly lines in the middle, but still having black showing through...as for spades, I don't really have any ideas for the colors and what not....hope this is a good input, oh yeah, demonic jokers for sure!

Heya Jamie,

I like your ideas, so keep them up! The borders would have to be the same color as the faces of the card. If you had a white/gray border, and a black face it would stick out like a sore thumb. So we would have to make sure that the border and the face are identical in colors.

hmmm that's a good point, what about a mixed color border? What about making them have a vintage/gothic look? So like, a black border, that looks chipped or something like that? So the overall look would be Vintage Demonic?

the cards, for most people to acutally USE them, they would have to have the same stock color on the front and back, otherwise you can do for instance "invisible deck" idk who would actually make one out of Exo cards, but you couldnt do an erdnase...or you'd have to be VERY careful

So yeah, I'm pretty sure myself, along with a lot of other people would not use these if they did not have the same stock color front and back
