if there's no magic shop and you don't want to buy them online, can you make them yourself? But those big chunk of sponge from hardware stores and cut them to cubes, square shape would work as well, doesn't have to be round. Or cut them to rabbit shapes, I have the Michael Ammar's 3D rabbit sponge, they are so expensive to buy, could have just made them myself.
Everyone use sponge in south asia, goto a shop that sells sponge and ask them if they have any or where they get the sponge from, and go a level higher and try and see.

Yes, just get the spongballs off of penguin magic. They have many different colors, cheap shipping, and they have different size sponge balls too. They also have a nice return policy if you dont like them.
Sponge ball search link:
Or, if you dont want to spend the $2 (plus shipping) it takes to buy mini spongeballs, or the $4 (plus shipping) to get regular sponge balls, then you can go to any convenience store, craft store, walmart, target, etc. and pick up some cotton balls. They dont compress as well, but you still are not spending as much money and you're saving money. You can also purchase some red food die, drop a couple drops in some water and drop your cotton balls in, and you'll get some red cotton balls that have a nice red to them.

Hi, I'm from Philippines too. you could actually buy a chemical from URATEX, It is a two part chemical that you mix. This would able you to customize a foam in any shape you want. Search Uratex website in google and call their Valenzuela Branch as this is the only branch they sell the chemicals. There's a minimum purchase of chemical worth P1,200+ and you have to bring your own 10 kilos container for the chemicals. For the mold i guess you have to make your own or you could try a kid's toy store for a ball and puncture it to let the chemicals let in. Hope this helps.
