About The Monthly Contest (Read Before Participating)

Hey guys!

I am excited to say we are officially doing contests every month! That is right, now you know when the contests are coming up. The staff and I feel that this will increase activity, participation, and help people have a fair chance at winning.

In this sticky I will be answering some simple questions and trying to clear some things up that people may be confused about. We, the staff, expect every user to read this page in-depth and carefully. A lot of time is put into these contests and organizing them. The least we ask is that all participants put fourth an effort in knowing the rules, deadlines, and requirements.
So grab that cup-o-coffee and and sit back.

When will the contest start?
The contest will be held the last Friday of every month.

What time will it be?
All contests will start at 3:00 P.M. Pacific Time (PDT) Washington. If you are unsure what time this is click here and you will see it towards the top.

When will the judging occur?
Our team of highly trained monkeys noticed a trend. Our previous contests had unorganized judging. They also observed that people are impatient and want to have results as soon as possible. With this being said, judging will occur within 10-20 minutes from the deadline of the contest. Some contests may last a few hours, some may last weeks. So please make sure you read the details of the contest in-depth and stay up to date on it.

Who will be judging the competitions?
Each competition may have a different judge, multiple judges, or a poll. However every competition will be administered by a qualified staff member. If they do not have a staff icon please use the report feature and let us know ASAP.

What will the prizes be?
Not sure, they may range from free supplies, to a pat on the back. Each prize will be clearly described in the contest description will full details.

Do I have to pay for shipping if I win?
No, and I hope you wouldn't think ol Exo would charge you

. ExoMagic will cover all shipping costs and mark all prizes as "Magic Supplies" and "Gift" for all international winners.

Who can participate?
Anyone who participates must be a registered member of this forum, obviously. They must also follow the rules in the thread or a disqualification may come into play. Staff members aren't allowed to participate.

Why are you doing contests?
We at ExoMagic believe in expanding your skills, mind, and arsenal. Not only will you have a desire to practice more, but you will build your skills to be a better magician. You also have the opportunity to learn from others through their routines, examples, and thoughts. While your skills and mind expand, your arsenal will also. By this we mean you will win prizes! This helps you with your practicing, routines, and acts.

I have a question, who do I vent out to?
If you feel that you have a question or a complaint, please do not hesitate to post in this thread. Let us know whats on your mind. We will openly answer all questions with a smile, negative or positive. If you feel it is a personal matter and do not want to post it in the thread, please contact me or another staff member via Private Message.

And since the Holy Grail DVD that landed us in trouble with the FBI never got awarded, can it be the first prize? Pretty please?

LOL...if that would be the first prize Exo would have to buy it and the old faggot would earn some money, which is not good o.O

Actually, I still have the original DVD still in the cellophane. If the first place winner wishes, I would be more then happy to replace the prize with the "Holy Grail" DVD.
