Good work man. Not bad at all. It needs speed still, but I couldn't expect you to have very much speed with this little time. I am impressed.

Here is my take. I couldn't figure out a good way to end the flourish I started, so I ended up in a display. A TEN packet display. Yes, count them if you feel. You can't see them all from all sides, but there are 5 in my left hand, 3 in my right, one in between and one to my chin.

I was trying to create an effect like D&D's Werm, that is something little growing and seeming alive. This isn't as well done as theirs, but you can get the picture. I start off with one "cell" and it grows, splits, and grows more. You can see the "cells" as I go, and I take time to stop and show you them during the flourish.

The flourish was done under dark conditions, with dark clothing and high contrast to take me out of the picture and allow you to see the bright green cards grow and expand into some big, ugly creature.

Remember as well, this ended in a display, a BIG display, from which there really isn't a way to come back. Once I show the display, it's over, and there isn't much doable with the deck other than to piece by piece take it apart. I played a little risk submitting a display for an original flourish routine.

Credits go to Daniel Madison, specifically his flourished Lethal and Lethal.x. Between D+M and D&D I have just about all of my flourish inspiration. I have yet to explore many other's work yet.

meir's flourish was a very good idea, but performed a little sloppy (which will give a minus in the rating, that's for sure.)
Segachtek's flourish was pretty cool, but I didn't like that he just showed the packets in both hands, without any "link".

Remember guys - you have still about 3 weeks time. If you feel like redoing the vid - go for it!

Yea, I wasn't too happy with that idea after I went back and looked at it. I may have to work things out better and take the 2 "stalls" out of the routine. I don't know what I was thinking.
