The United Playing Card Company has started to print NEW tuck boxes for their Bicycle Playing Cards and many
Magicians have recently been asking me how I feel about this and what I recommend they do.Personally I don't see how this can be a problem at all. But I have also been asked in the past about how to make your OWN gaffed card box or special card tuck box. So here is the resource! This is a basic template for a deck box. You can use this template to add the basic Bicycle or NEW Bicycle tuck box design and then add any special gaff designs you wish. Some ideas to look at and consider.
When your ready to print, don't use regular printer paper. It's obviously not thick enough for the job your trying to do. So swing by Staples or any Office Supply store and find some think stock paper. Check into "A4" cardboard or into business card "stock" paper. Or you can even use Photo paper. (Glossy and non glossy will both work...depending on your printer.) Just take the time to design the images and so forth. Good resource for Font is "Letterhead Fonts." If you end up with a nice design and want to share with us all. (please do) Go to the ExoMagic Blog Forum! See you there!
