The recent downtime can be annotated by the below details:

Shared Hosting server down 94.75.244.XXX-RESOLVED

Update:

- This issue is caused by the routing issue.
- Our engineer has change the primary IP to the secondary IP which is 94.75.244.XXX
- For client who use external name server, please change the pointing to 94.75.244.XXX

Problem Identified :

Please be informed that currently our shared server 94.75.244.xxx having routing problem. Our engineer is still monitoring and working on this problem. We will update once the server is online. Kindly be patient while we are working on it and we will keep you all update the latest news at here.
