Schedueled Down Time

Received this today, we will be receiving a new server, however we will experience some downtime.

Dear Valued Customer,

You have received this email because you have hosting account with us in server 85.xxxx (Holland). As you should noticed recently, this server always reported downtime which affecting your business and us. Therefore, we have liaised with our data center for new server replacement with higher and latest hardware specification.

The new server will be ready within 7 days. We will migrate all accounts in current server to the new server and might take another 24 hours to complete. For more details on this migration including time, new server IP, name servers and etc, we will send another notification to you once the new server ready.

Dear Valued Customer,

You have received this email because you have hosting account with us in server 85.xxxxx(Holland). Please be informed that the new server replacement for this server will be ready on 18th January 2008. Therefore we would like to remind you that we will going to do immediate migration for all accounts in this server to the new server.

We will temporarily suspend the account that need to be transferred to lock and prevent any data update/loss during the exercise. If you see your website is showing ‘Web Migration in progress’ that means it is undergoing the transfer process. Once it done and propagated, you will see again your website page and you are able to login into your control panel/email/ftp accounts etc.

This is just an update notification for the migration. We will inform you the server details, new IP and new name servers later when the server is fully ready for migration.

Just received this today:

Dear Valued Customer,

We are sorry to inform you that the migration has been postponed to another date that we can not confirmed yet. Our data center is having problem to deliver the server on time because the hardware specification for the new server is out of stock.

We are pushing them to deliver the server as soon as possible. We will update you later on the status. Please accept our apologies on the delay.
