Hey folks,
We are prepping to release our very own "Porper" playing card clip. It functions, looks, feels, and works just like a Porper playing card clip for a fraction of the cost! We are hoping to have these ready for you and in stock within the next month. So keep your eyes pealed your cards flat! The ExoMagic Playing Card Clip is made out of stainless steel with a polished finish and features a silk screened Ace of Spades design. It is a beautiful piece of art and functions even better than it looks. How it works is that the Clip holds a standard deck of poker-sized cards and distributes pressure evenly across the front and back surfaces of your cards. The cards are kept in it's original box and the box is slid into the clip for a perfect fit. It's able to achieve this even pressure because of the "spring" design in its spine. As a result, you will have the crisp, just-opened feel of new cards, and the ability to avoid warping your cards. Remember, don't let the imitators fool you! This is a true clip re-design meant to keep your cards in good shape and flat! We wouldn't sell it if we didn't back it! ![]() ![]() Stainless steel (heavy duty) model ![]() Aluminum Blue model ![]() Aluminum Gold model ![]() Aluminum Black model ![]() Aluminum Red model

Beautiful. The only thing cooler would be an Exomagic logo or slogan on the spine or something like that. I'll have to pick one of these up, even though I already have too many clips.

Guess what!
We are actually working on doing out with the normal design clips and using a completely customized ExoMagic clip! That is why we have none for sale currently! We are very excited

Now imagine:
Having an ExoMagic deck in an ExoMagic card clip in the future. Awesome. (Of course every other deck of cards will look just as awesome. But the ExoMagic one maybe just a tad bit better )For those of you being a bit sceptical about these clips: They do the same fine job as Porper clips (which are about twice the price). I heard that from multiple people on decknique.net, and these guys really know what they are talking about. |

These do seem very nice. One question: do they fit normal bikes AND Ellusionist custom decks? Or just one? Or the other? Or what?

If they are a similar fit to a real porper clip, you won't be able to get a thick Ellusionist deck into it. Not with the box anyway. You better wait for an official answer from the source though.

We are pre-ordering a couple and are going to gruelingly test these things out. Once that is done we will then determine if these products are worthy to carry in our store, however they are getting great responses from others
![]() Lets hear some product-testing questions from you guys!

My questions regarding the clip when you test it.
1. Size? Like was just asked, will it only fit regular thickness cards? Will thick decks like E decks fit in? How tightly does it hold? 2. Durability? How does this clip handle everyday use? Does it scratch badly? (My stainless steel E clip looks beautiful but scratches horridly, while my porper does not) 3. How, do you feel, does it compare to a porper clip in general?

Yes, and the ULTIMATE test for any card clip: by how much does it increase the life of a deck of cards?
And the REALLY ultimate test for any card clip: how many times do you have to throw it at something large and concrete for it to break?

A card clip has several subtle uses and we can also add to that by several other ideas I've been pondering.
First off, a deck with a clip emphasizes singularity and style. Style is simple enough in itself. Singularity is special : nearly noone will think you can have two decks with two card clips on them... People may think of a deck switch in other circumstances but not when there's a card clip. Second, the card clip suposedly keeps the case intact longer... in fact I think that it keeps the card CASE intact longer... which is quite important when you have a 3 of clubs card box or the such... Plus, they hide the face of the deck a little longer so no worries people might see the text even though noone will look anyway... A card clip also can keep special decks in place : such as a klone deck. (Mouth waters....) A card clip can be used as a stand to place cards in front to show a revealed card and placing it on the table : you place the card clip up and you can balance a card on it no problem since it has enough weight. Card clips permit special moves with xcm as you toss the deck out from one hand to the other while spinning a 180 for the deck which arrives in the other hand and then open the deck and so on... Card clips are a bit of misdirection, you can place the card case in the pocket and load a card or get something at the same time... And now for more recent ponderings : Card clips could have a revelation on them, a thought of word.... The Card clip can be the receptacle of a flash paper effect so you dont use the table but rather make the burn on the clip... If it is possible with the producer of card clips we could make them in such a manner that there would not only be a nice image on them but also a gradient which could permit a revelation with paper and pencil ... the same way we can see the image of a penny when we scratch the sufrace with a pencil while theres a paper there... So... the gradient wouldnt be visible but could be drawn off... the card clip could also include the popular burn marks (to have on finger tips ... lazy me dont want to look for the name of the item...) The clip prevents the deck from getting wet The clip could actually hide the fact that you have a peep hole in a corer of the card box. Thats it for now ... Good day.

Do we have an ETA? If not, I'll grab some Wynns from the shop, but if they're turning up soon, then I might not...
