After you have been around a while and have access to the Academy, you will be able to ask this question and get a more specific answer.

For now, I would ask, 'Are you keeping enough even pressure on the cards as you spread them?' and secondly, 'Is it always the same cards that you are having a problem with?' There are different degrees of quality in manufacturing of MP decks. Some are very poor and others are very good. If it is just a few cards, you may have to do a little 'repair work.' You may try working with half the deck and seeing if everything works for you. If so, keep practicing and adding card a few at a time until you are using the entire deck successfully. Don't get discouraged.

I may take a while to figure out exactly how to hold the cards and apply the correct amount of pressure. The effect is a great one. You may want to search on Youtube for Bill Malone doing the Mental Photography effect.
