Well I'm from uk and If I'm write its 4 hours difference from america so what you could do is to get a member of staff who lives around the european aread to schedule a time for us and one whos from america to schdule a time for people who live in your area and then maybe on a friday night or saturday we could have a big online one as mot people dont have work on saturday morning or sunday morning
