I like how you've got the fan view thing going on, so we knowhow it looks in a fan. And that corner looks pretty darned good.

I think that the solid ribbons are throwing it off a little, so maybe have the black outline of the ribbon, laid over the top of the white designs. The chains in the center look a little off as well... Perhaps have one bright chain going across the middle, then have an alternating scheme of two middles, one dark, two middles, etc. in each direction (I can only discern three shades of the chain, so correct me if I'm wrong).

A good spot to incorporate the logo would be where the black "suns" are on the red rectangles... Although it just popped into my head that use the different coloured chains to make the logo might look pretty cool. Do you use Photoshop? Would you be willing to upload your .psd so I can work on it with a little more control?
