The top card on the deck is shown to be the 3 of diamonds. The magician explains that s/he never really liked the number 3, and decides to change it. Rubbing on the card, the magician messes up the card. The top parts of the threes are all blurry! The magician apologizes, and gives the card a shake, and the blurs go away, leaving two half circles. Then, with a flick, one of the half circles jump up to the other, forming a crude eight. What's more, the number of pips have increased from 3 to (You guessed it) 8! The spectators think this is the end, but the magician has other ideas. S/he openly places the "8" of diamonds on the bottom of the deck, then patters on about the frailty of cards. To prove his point, he has a spectators slam his or her hand down on the deck. The deck is turned over, and the bottom card is littered with spades, diamonds, hearts, and clubs! There's even the occasional number or two! The deck is the spread through and, much to the amazement of the audience, every card, save for the face cards and aces, have gone completely blank. Everything is examinable.
There it is.

Thats nice
Really Smart Idea!
You could probably stick a lot of humor in it throughout the trick. It seems like it could be "street" and you could have a lot of fun with that
The end seems a bit "raw" if you will, but still...really cool!
